Applied kinesiology and food sensitivity

This is an article from Prevention that talks about how a woman was exhausted ill (I remember being that bad vividly.) and went to a kinesiologist. Turns out she has a food sensitivity to onions. That would be hard, but I think it would be easier than nightshades.
