Mine are only almost-six and four and I just had a major pang over my older one's bygone babyhood. That sent me Googling "letting go of babyhood" which brought me here. I realize I'm smack dab in the middle of some really magical years right now, but knowing I'll never spend my days with a baby or toddler again hurts right in the middle of my chest. Thank you for sharing your words and sharing your things to help that mission, too. Ooohhh…I’m there with you.
