Wise Geek, don’t you love the title?, has a 200 Calorie pictorial essay. I am sad that a bagel is more caloric than a doughnut. Who wants to eat 200 calories of celery? I was surprised at how little cornmeal and flour it took to make 200 calories. Go view it.
