This week’s required is 5 minutes jog, 3 minutes walk, 5 minutes jog, 3 minutes walk, 5 minutes jog. I did that, plus an extra 3 min walk and an extra 5 min jog and then my walk home. (About 2.5 minutes.)
I thought I had only done the required and I was sad that I am so tired. But I feel okay about being tired knowing I did extra.
The sky was a full gray when I left the house and I saw four different hawks flying. One alone. Two together. And one alone. They were beautiful.
