So reads new@nature’s article title. So, being interested in Phoenicia, I click over. It’s Tyre and Sidon. Tyre and Sidon. Those places still exist. They even have the same name. Yes, Sidon sticks out into the Mediterranean than it used to and, yes, Tyre is no longer an island. But they haven’t been re-discovered. Just new info about the coast line. That’s it.

Cronaca thinks it is very important because we could have archaeological finds. Only problem is, the so-named cities are sitting on top of the archaeological gold mines.
