Three days away from home often means gaining weight. Part of the reason why is the trip. Every time someone has to go to the bathroom, you stop. When you use a bathroom, you have to buy something. So you often buy junk, for everyone, and eat some of it.
This trip I didn’t eat junk.
This morning I weighed in at 178.0. I like that.
For me, according to my scale, that’s over 7 pounds. Seven pounds in two weeks. That’s a goodly amount. It’s not drop dead amazing, but it’s close.
If I continue to lose like this, which I hope I will, then I will meet my goal weight eventually. Even if I slow down, I am looking forward to the loss.
